We will refund the original debit/credit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s). The refund will include the full value of the item(s) returned, but will exclude the original delivery charges and the charges incurred when returning the item(s) to us.

This service is NOT available on specially commissioned items, so consider this carefully before placing your order.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please return it and we will replace the product or refund your payment depending on your preference. We will also refund your postage costs.
