We have made every effort to accurately depict the true colour/texture of the products in our images, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor or display will accurately reflect this. Many items are handmade, so please allow for slight variations from product to product.
With each product listing, we have tried to give as much information as possible regarding availability, lead times and delivery costs and we will endeavour to keep this information as relevant as we can. In the event of any variations to the information stated, we will notify you immediately.
Our shop enables you to purchase securely online with Sage
Pay (previously known as Protx).
Prices are all shown in Pound Sterling (GBP), inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout the Radiance website may change at any time at our discretion.
Purchase Of Products:
When you place an order with us, you will be sent an acknowledgment notification via email. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order.

We aim to post items that are in stock within four days of receiving your order, but this may be longer during holiday periods. Please bear in mind that we are not open Monday and Tuesday, so your order will not be processed until we re-open on Wednesday.
Most items are sent via Royal Mail First Class. This service can take one/two days for delivery. Often your parcel may arrive the next working day, though this is not guaranteed.
Larger items that exceed the weight and size limits of Royal Mail First Class are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel, which can take between three and five working days for delivery.
Extremely large items can be sent via a courier such as Interlink or Parcelforce to be delivered the next working day.
Delivery times on made-to-order items will vary from product to
product and will be stated on the product page. Some items on our
website are not kept in stock, but will be sent directly to you
from the designer instead. Again, you will be informed of when to
expect your delivery.
We really hope you will be perfectly happy with your purchases, but if your item is not suitable and just doesn't 'fit', then we can offer a full refund.
Please return your item(s) in their original packaging within 14 days to our address.
We will refund the original debit/credit card used for the
purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned
item(s). The refund will include the full value of the item(s)
returned, but will exclude the original delivery charges and the
charges incurred when returning the item(s) to us.
This service is NOT available on specially commissioned items, so consider this carefully before placing your order.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please return it and we will replace the product or refund your payment depending on your preference. We will also refund your postage costs.
We like to recycle our packaging at Radiance. We receive so many boxes from deliveries that it would be silly to buy new packaging and not re-use them - so sometimes your box may be second hand.
