Product Information. We have made every effort to accurately show the true colour of the lamps in our images but we cannot guarantee that your monitors display will accurately reflect this. All products are hand made so please allow for slight variations from lamp to lamp. Sizes of lamps will be accurate but the designs may vary very slightly. Payment. Our shop enables you to purchase securely online. Secure payments are made via NoChex When we recieve your order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. PLEASE NOTE the transaction will show up as NoChex on your credit card statement. Purchase of Products. When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund. Postage and Packaging. As all lamps are made to order please allow 2-3 weeks maximum for delivery. In most cases it won't be that long. If you need an emergency delivery please contact Hannah and she will make every effort to get it to you in time....theres every chance! We use Royal Mail within the U.K. Before dispatch of orders payment must be accepted and billing/delivery address verified. UK deliveries. Royal Mail first class £3.50 per lamp ordered. LAST ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS ON THE 15th DECEMBER! Returns. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Goods should be returned to Hannah Nunn, 58, Market Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 6AA. We will refund the original credit/debit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. The refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding the original delivery charges. We will not accept returns after 14 days from receipt. |
