Product Information. All products are hand made so please allow for slight variations from lamp to lamp. Sizes of lamps will be accurate but the designs may vary very slightly. Every effort has been made to show a true likeness of the colour and brightness of the lamp. With every photograph it comes out a little different. The lamps are cream when switched off and give a cosy golden glow when switched on. By reading this you understand that the colour may vary slightly from the photograph shown.

Pricing. Prices are all shown inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.

Payment. The shop enables you to purchase securely online. Secure payments are made via NoChex. When I recieve your order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. PLEASE NOTE the transaction will show up as NoChex on your credit card statement.

Purchase of Products. When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. I will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund.

Postage and Packaging. As all lamps are made to order please allow 2-3 weeks maximum for delivery. In most cases it won't be that long. If you need an emergency delivery please email and I will make every effort to get it to you in time....there's every chance! Before dispatch of orders payment must be accepted and billing/delivery address verified. For deliveries of one or two lamps I use Royal Mail first class. For more than two lamps they will go by Parcelforce and will take 3-5 working days. For large orders I use Interlink next day delivery. At Christmas please email me to check stock as it's a very busy time. Last posting date for first class is the 21st December 2010.

Returns. I want you to be 100% happy with your product and enjoy it for many years to come. If you are not you are welcome to return it within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Please return to the address below.

I will refund the original credit/debit card used for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. The refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding the original delivery charges. I will not accept returns after 14 days from receipt.
