Product Information
All lighting is hand made so please allow for slight variations from lamp to lamp. Sizes of lamps will be accurate but the designs may vary very slightly. Every effort has been made to show a true likeness of the colour and brightness of the lamp but with every photograph it comes out a little different. The lamps are cream when switched off and give a cosy golden glow when switched on. By reading this you understand that the colour may vary slightly from the photograph shown.
We recommend ordering samples of wallpaper to be sure of the colour before you order full rolls.
Pricing
Prices are all shown inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time.
Payment
The shop enables you to purchase securely online. Secure card payments can be made via Shopify Payments (Stripe) or Paypal. When I receive your order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. Â
Purchase of Products
When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. I will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund.
Order times & delivery
All the lamps, candle covers, treasures and meadow bouquets etc are hand made to order here in my Hebden Bridge studio and can take up to two weeks for delivery. I will email you if there are any delays.
If you have ordered wallpaper I aim to dispatch that within 2-3 days, not including weekends.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Charges vary from country to country so it's impossible to say how much it might be. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
I want you to be 100% happy with your product and enjoy it for many years to come but if you are not, then you are welcome to return it within 28 days.
You will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you have over ordered wallpaper rolls you are welcome to return them as long as they are still in the cellophane wrapping. I know sometimes it takes a while to get round to decorating so I am giving you six weeks to return any unused rolls.Â
