Delivery
Order and Dispatch Times
All the lamps, candle covers, treasures and meadow bouquets etc are hand made to order here in my Hebden Bridge studio. We do keep some stock on the shelves and if we have what you ordered already made we will send it in one or two days. If not, then we need a little time to make it. Some weeks are busier so please give us two weeks maximum. If there is something you need urgently, please get in touch and let me know and I can see what we can juggle.
If you have ordered wallpaper I aim to dispatch that within 2-3 working days. I try to keep all wallpaper in stock and ready to ship so unless it says otherwise in red on the page of the design that you want it means it is in stock and ready to ship.
The window film company aim to dispatch the same working day if ordered before 1pm (UK).
Customs and Import Tax (we are EU Friendly!)
Previously, you as the buyer were responsible for paying taxes, custom fees and applicable duties when the order arrived in your country. We are now able to cover this so you don't have to worry about any extra fees. This means that the price you pay at the checkout is final.
All EU orders under 150 Euros will ship by IOSS (EU Import VAT scheme) and orders above 150 Euros will ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Either way, your order is covered and there shouldn't be any hold ups at the border. More info here.
Order for the rest of the world will also be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
I am not responsible for any delays at customs.
A guide to our Postage & Packing
Having a large range of products of different sizes and weights means there are a lot of variables to consider when calculating postage costs but we have done our best to offer them as accurately as we can. If there are any huge discrepancies, we will refund you. Below is a guide so you know roughly how long things might take to reach you under normal circumstances. Please bear in mind this doesn’t include the lead time to make the item and does not include any possible delays at customs.

Sustainable Shipping
I've been doing lots of research to try and find the greenest shipping options and ship with companies who are actively working to reduce their carbon footprint and not just offset it. Royal Mail are working to electrify their fleet and the majority of their delivering is done on foot. I also value our wonderful local post office and want to support it by sending my parcels through it.
For international orders and national wallpaper orders I'm using DHL's 'Go Green Plus' service which offers carbon reduced shipping via the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), a biofuel that is produced from renewable sources such as vegetable oils, animal fats, waste products, and agricultural crops. SAF is specifically designed to be used as a substitute for traditional jet fuel and can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80% compared to fossil fuels. DHL are also working to electrify their fleet and introduce bicycles and cargo bikes to reduce local pollutants. You can read more here.
