Pebbles in the post!

I was very moved last week to receive presents of pebbles. I treated myself to The Book of Pebbles by Angie Lewin and Christopher Stocks as recommended to me after one of my emails about my laser cut pebbles and on Friday I found it in my post box along with another mysterious package full of the softest white stones from a beach in Kefalonia from another thoughtful customer. 

I was feeling all lucky and inspired and then the postman came with another package! All on the same day! In it was the beautiful lozenge shaped stone chosen especially for me by a lady who lives by the sea in Cornwall. She said it just sits beautifully in the hand and she wrote a beautiful note thanking me for my 'three somethings' and for sharing my creativity.

I have been using these particular stones as jumping off points for texture and shape creation.
