Sunny sunflowers in solidarity

As the first batch sunflowers made their way to their new homes around the world, people have responded by hanging them in their windows in solidarity with the Ukranian people and sharing their photos. I thought I'd bring them all together here in celebration of the TEN THOUSAND POUNDS that we raised together.

It's really hard to know how to help our fellow humans who are far away and in trouble isn't it. We watch from afar and feel a bit helpless. It feels wrong to carry on as normal, enjoying a spring day when we know of the terrible things that are happening. Nobody (in their right mind) wants a war.

A tiny treasure box!

I'm delighted to introduce my new treasure boxes to you. I had been thinking for a while how nice it would be to offer a special box in which to gift some of my decorations or my little tiny treasures book, but I didn't want to create a box that would just get thrown away afterwards. How could I make it a box that people would like to keep?

We Are Makers

I'm excited to share a hot-off-the-press feature in the third edition of we are makers publication. My friend Sarah gifted me a copy of edition one for my birthday last year and I loved it. It's a biannual magazine (more like a book) that features makers and their stories from all around the world, with gorgeous photos and a lovely layout. It one of those publications that even smells good!
